Colds and congestion. It calms and balances the entire
body. It is also good for people with foot pain.
Stretching.
I have developed a full body stretching routine that
I formulated after years of research. I have always
felt as a massage therapist that people do not stretch
enough so I forumulated this routine to address that
. This can be done as a separate treatment or after
a massage. Its main benefits are increase in range or
motion, reduction of pain, and release of stored emotions.
At the end of the session, the recipient will feel as
if they have done an hour of yoga. It is great for people
who feel stiff, have limited range or motion and muscle
pain. Click
