As a professional massage therapist, I have noticed that very few people stretch as much as they should.  After many months of research, I have created a full body stretching routine, which is not offered anywhere else.

All major muscle groups, back, shoulders, neck, hips, legs, and arms are stretched as you relax after your massage.  It's like doing a half hour of yoga with none of the work.  It leaves you feeling looser and more relaxed with your tension melted away.

This treatment can be added onto a massage or received separately.

60 minutes ..............................................................$85

15/30 minutes (with a one-hour massage)......................$20/$45
