Runion studied massage at the National Holistic Institute, and previously
worked as a massage therapist and manager of a prestigious day spa
in the Marina District. She specializes in the following disciplines;
Deep Tissue massage, Swedish massage, Hot Stone massage, Reiki, and unique spa treatments.
Her holistic approach enables her client’s to awaken their

She
has designed every aspect of her business to create the ultimate
healing experience. She uses unique aromatherapy blends, soothing
hot towels, and special music that causes the brain to produce alpha
and theta brain waves to speed healing, melt muscle tension, and
inspire feelings of well-being.
A
long-time practicer of yoga and meditation, she customizes each
massage based on the techniques she has learned studying holistic
health and wellness for the last 20 years.
For
ten years prior to becoming a massage therapist, she worked in the
high tech industry, but left when she realized it was not bringing
